Lance took on the project with professionalism and enthusiasm. He estimated the building cost with a time frame of 6 months and was engaged on a cost-plus contract. The project was completed within the budget and on time, despite heavy rainfall in the first month. Lance worked closely with the Architect and his attention to detail was outstanding. We love our new home.
It seems hard to believe that this beautiful three-storey contemporary house was once a simple, single level red brick home! Designed by a prominent Sydney architect, the transformation has been both practical and aesthetic.
