A comprehensive renovation and addition brought a new lease of life to this dated fibro beachside cottage. Cutting Edge Building refreshed the exterior look and feel of the property with weatherboards, new windows, two beautiful hardwood decks and a ‘Colorbond’ roof. A generous extension to the rear of the property opened up space for a new kitchen, office and lounge diner. White-washed panelling and Japan timber floors were used throughout. Sliding doors out to the new entertaining deck complete the seamless, modern transformation.
