A complete overhaul was necessary to bring this classic red brick property up-to-date. Cutting Edge Building virtually gutted the interior leaving a blank canvas from which to create a masterpiece of contemporary living. One of the most noticeable features is the attractive new staircase with balustrade, which forms a backdrop to the generous lounge / diner. The other dramatic change is the roof addition comprising an atrium which allows the natural light to diffuse through the whole house.

A stylish new kitchen was also installed and a second lounge / rumpus area given a complete makeover. There are new windows and doors throughout the property, which was also given a thorough repaint once the major renovation work had been completed. Two five-star hotel-style bathrooms complete the interior transformation.

Outside, Cutting Edge Building positioned hardwood decking in three separate outdoor areas around the house, opening up generous outdoor living and entertainment space. One of these decks provides a seamless link from the main house to the fabulous contemporary swimming pool, and allows for maximum enjoyment of the magnificent views. The exterior of the house was completely rendered and general landscaping work carried out, notably the levelling of sizeable areas of the garden.
