The end result has completely exceeded our expectations. Lance had created exactly what we had imagined but only better. The team was efficient and a pleasure to have around. Lance's work was of high quality and his attention to detail especially with the feature bar and hardwood pergola is outstanding. We are very pleased with our new additions and are looking forwarding to our next project.
When this couple bought their first new home, they immediately saw the potential for a covered outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen of their fibro house conveniently looked onto a completely level garden plot. A pergola was the obvious choice! They provided Cutting Edge Building with a pencil sketch of their vision and the team got to work. The back of the house was completely rebuilt to include cladding, beautiful hardwood doors and frames and a bifold window, opening out onto a long hardwood bar. The pergola was soon in place providing a fabulous covered dining area and play space for the children.
