We would have no hesitation in recommending Lance Horton of Cutting Edge Building and indeed have done so on several occasions. Lance also came to us initially via recommendations of people that we knew. One of the most difficult aspects when selecting a builder is finding someone with whom you can easily work and that you trust. This was particularly important to us as we were living on site right throughout the works. We found Lance to always have our best interests at heart and he went the extra mile to ensure that the project was completed in the three months originally indicated.
