This single storey home was both extended and remodelled to increase its living potential.

An extension at the rear of the property contains a new kitchen, large open-plan lounge diner, laundry and bathroom.

Special care was taken in the project to observe bush-fire protection measures as the property is close to dense National Park. Cutting Edge Building also installed windows throughout and sliding doors leading out to a brand-new outdoor deck and alfresco shower area.

Extensive use of hardwood finishes has added a unique touch to the property.
